Scope of this policy

jobaajgroup.com is the corporate website of Jobaaj Group. It describes our brands and lets you send us an enquiry. It is not a platform where you enrol in a programme, apply for a job, buy a product or book a table.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the brand you selected, the subject of your enquiry and the contents of your message. If you email us directly, we collect whatever you include in that email.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our servers and analytics tools record standard technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time spent and approximate location derived from your IP address. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business and legal records — ordinarily no more than 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law. Aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely.

You can stop marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to a WhatsApp message, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or telling us on a call. We will still send transactional messages relating to an active enquiry.

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through this site without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
