The mascot

This is Jobby. He's been through all of it.

Fourteen brands is a lot to explain in a paragraph. So instead of listing them, we gave the ecosystem a face and let him walk it - school, degree, training, tools, interview, offer letter. Jobby's route is the route.

Jobby, the official mascot of Jobaaj Group
TrustHe says what a program will and won't do. No inflated promises.
InnovationHe'd rather learn the new tool than defend the old workflow.
ApproachabilityHe asks the obvious question so nobody else has to.
ExpertiseHe earned it in order. No step skipped, no shortcut taken.

Jobby's route

Nine steps.
All of them ours.

This is not a metaphor. Each stop below is a real brand inside Jobaaj Group, in the order a real person would meet them.

  1. Step 01

    He finishes school

Mahi International School. The usual questions arrive on schedule - what to study, what it leads to, and whether anyone will hire him at the end of it.

  2. Step 02

    He reads before he commits

Jobby starts with the sector, not the syllabus - hiring trends, salary movement, which roles are actually opening. Picking a domain is easier once you can see where it's going.

  3. Step 03

He enrols at Eshan College of Engineering

A future-ready curriculum, faculty who've worked in industry, and a degree that holds its weight on a CV.

  4. Step 04

    He learns the actual job

A degree teaches theory; the role needs the craft. Jobby takes a Jobaaj Learnings program - live cohorts, capstone projects, 1:1 mentorship - in the domain he chose back at step two.

  5. Step 05

    He runs something real

Depending on where he's headed: ninety days of live deal simulation at ProCapitas, or drills, MBB-style cases and mock interviews at theConsulting.io - followed by an internship inside our own consulting practice.

  6. Step 06

He makes his CV readable - by software first

An ATS reads the resume before a human does. Jobby rebuilds his, with keywords pulled from live hiring trends rather than guesswork.

  7. Step 07

    He gets found

His LinkedIn goes through a section-by-section audit - headline, About, experience phrasing - so recruiters searching his domain actually surface him.

  8. Step 08

    He rehearses the hard part

Question banks for his domain, mock interviews and practice exams - so the first time he answers under pressure isn't in the actual interview.

  9. Step 09

    He gets placed

Our own job portal and HR consultancy takes it from here. The team calling employers on Jobby's behalf already knows exactly what he was taught - because we taught him.

Design notes

How Jobby was made

The brief was narrow on purpose: one character who could stand in front of a nervous fresher, a hiring manager and a college dean without changing register.

The team started by naming four attributes the group is judged on - trust, innovation, approachability, expertise - and rejected every draft that carried fewer than all four. Colour, posture, expression and dress were each pulled back toward the Jobaaj palette until nothing on him was decorative. The name landed last: Jobby, short enough for a sticker, plain enough to say out loud.

Questions

About Jobby

Who is Jobby?

Jobby is the official mascot of Jobaaj Group. He carries the four attributes the group was built on - trust, innovation, approachability and expertise - and his story doubles as a walkthrough of the ecosystem, from choosing a domain to getting placed.

Why does a group like this need a mascot?

Because fourteen brands is genuinely hard to explain. A list makes it look scattered. One character moving through them in order makes it look like what it is - a sequence.
